Dianne Newman has more than 12 years of experience in the financial planning & financial service industry and she is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation , a FINRA member firm.
Dianne received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance and Accounting and Masters in Business Administration from Stetson University, in DeLand, Florida. She completed the Rice University CFP Program for continuing education and will be sitting for Certified Financial Planner exam in July 2010.
Prior to forming Newman Asset Management in 2005 with her husband, Todd Newman, Dianne held several leadership and ownership positions. Her career has taken her from Budget Analyst, Financial Planner & Marketing Director for local government and a major medical center to Business Owner/Business Consultant and then Senior IT Manager for Compaq Computer Corporation/Hewlett Packard Company. Dianne has also had the privilege to teach as an adjunct professor at Daytona Beach State College, Keiser College and Stetson University.
Newman Asset Management has grown over the past five years from a retirement planning company focusing mainly on self directed IRA accounts to a financial services firm specializing in the creation and preservation of wealth for individuals.
Dianne has been a resident in the Houston area since 1999 and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
