We’ve been lax in our posts these last few weeks as we took time to add some key new features for our friends and  clients. Most importantly, our new real estate focused site, Newman MIS, will go live on Tuesday, March 16th at noon. Plus, we’ve added many new features and offerings for our Newman Asset Management clients and vendors.First, our new real estate site, Newman MIS, was created to focus specifically on the Houston Real Estate market. The site  will not only include specialized information for home buyers and home renters, but also offer a wide range of data and tools for the real estate investor. No more working blind or with only part of the data you need to make a good decision.

The mission statement of the company, Newman MIS, and the site is, “To be the definitive source for those wanting to participate in the Houston real estate market, be it seller, buyer, renter, investor, or vendor.” Our goal is to not only provide the needed information to make great decisions in these areas, but to also offer our help in making it happen now!

We have established partnerships with key vendors in all areas to help you (1) find great properties at  great prices, (2) find  great rentals to get you out of the apartment jungle, (3) or find you that investment property – be it your 1st or 100th! And no…there is no club fee, membership fee, or some mass produced list of long shots…only hands-on help in making your real estate dream come true.

For our Newman Asset Management friends and clients we have added many new services to make sure you don’t miss a step, be it in investing, retirement planning, real estate, or business creation. All our seminars will now go out on a webinar feed live each time we have them…so, it you are out of town, you can just login as if you were there.  Newman Asset Management has also added some key partners to aid you with bookkeeping & payroll, business formation, legal, and new business markets. All of these areas will be noted in our upcoming posts and presentations.
